Incorporating the highest standards of workmanship and fittings, we were proud to have been selected for the fit out of 230 luxury bathrooms and other specialist areas, across 13 residential styles. 

Each of the 230 ‘mini’ fit outs have embraced all of our core disciplines and drawn upon the whole range of Martek’s planning, manufacture, installation and management skills. With elements of ceramic and marble fitting, plumbing and electrical works, specialist joinery and solid surface fabrication: the project, which has spanned most of 2003 and 2004, has followed a complex programme of both construction and occupancy. 

The completed project has won a number of awards and we are pleased to have been able to contribute to the success of the development.
