Odeon has undergone a major refurbishment at one of its most popular cinemas in Wales: The Red Dragon Center, Cardiff Bay. All of the retail areas have been completely refurbished by Martek.

The works consisted of the relocation of the box office, the design, manufacture and installation of a new Costa Coffee outlet, Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop, Pick N Mix area and gallery bar. Martek completed the works in three phases and the cinema remained open throughout.

With a new digital 8000 HD system installed across all 12 screens including the cinema's digital 3D IMAX, cinema goers will now enjoy a state-of-the-art cinema experience, crystal clear sound and spectacular image quality. The selection of retail outlets available will provide customers with a diverse choice of refreshments to accompany their experience. As well as film fanatics, Odeon hope to attract music and sports fans to Cardiff Bay’s premier entertainment destination.
