Fortune 500 Insurance Services, Investment Management and Consulting giant Marsh and McLennan chose Martek for the development of its new convenience deli and retail facility at its London HQ in Tower Place.

Comprising a mix of catering and retail, the facility is a one-stop shop for busy MMC staff looking for that last minute essential purchase or a desktop snack. With a range of food and beverage offerings, both hot and cold the facility has proved to be an instant hit with high customer traffic throughout the working day.

Developed in conjunction with the site operator Compass, the project incorporated all project elements including the manufacture of servery fittings, supply of equipment, installation of ceiling and flooring finishes, electrics and decoration.

Completed within a 2-½ week installation programme, the project is one of many similar ‘One Stop Shops’ within a corporate environment developed by Martek over the past few years.
