As Part of Odeon’s continuous development of branded retail concepts, Martek has recently completed the new Costa Coffee on Brighton’s sea front.

It was essential to work very closely with the General Manager on this live environment. With a turnaround of 5 weeks works included the removal of ground floor stores, public toilets and a section of adjacent seating, upgrade of full M&E, new ceiling, counter, flooring, specialist joinery, back of house and disabled toilet. Finishes included Amtico flooring, rosewood, granite and stainless steel worktops.

Right next door to the Grand Hotel, this latest Costa will undoubtedly be a most popular destination for holidaymakers and attendees to the many conferences, which are a popular draw in Brighton.

Odeon Brighton is an 8-screen cinema situated in the city centre. Formally an ice rink, the original building dates back to 1937; it’s a very popular, lively and well-used family cinema.
