Having worked previously for SGC Cinemas at Dungarvan in South East Ireland and in a consultative capacity on the fist Movies@ project in Dundrum, Martek were delighted to be given the opportunity to design manufacture and install the retail areas at the most recent addition to the Movies@ circuit at Swords just to the north of Dublin City.

Part of the Pavilions Shopping Centre, a 44,000 sq m top end retail development, Movies@Swords incorporates all that is the best in cinema exhibition today. With an exciting interior that incorporates VIP and Children’s Zones, the Cinema has been designed to provide a complete entertainment experience from the point of ticket purchase to the roll of the final credits and all the bits in between.

The concession operation has been designed to maximise sales revenues whilst complementing the interior decoration and cinematic theme which is a strong feature of the interior finishes. Incorporating all of the usual concession favourites, pick and mix and Ben and Jerry's adds to the overall success of the retail operation.
